Avocado Salsa 1 Avocado 1 Tomatillo Cilantro to taste Blend until smooth
Red Chili Sauce/ Salsa roja de chile 8-10 Guajillo or California Chiles 1/4 Onion 2-4 Garlic Cloves 1/2 Teaspoon Salt (Adjust to taste) Add enough water to cover the chiles 4-5 Cups water Boil 10-15 Minutes Until Chili Pods,Onion, and Garlic are soft Save 2-3 Cups of chili water for your sauce. You’ll need it for blending
