Vegan Protein 101

There are plenty of plant-based sources of protein that will provide your body with essential amino acids, as well as minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, healthy fats, and phytonutrients.

I ve been vegan for 3 years, and I have never had a protein deficiency (even with my active lifestyle). I actually feel better than I have ever felt before, and am 100% satisfied with my plant-based diet.
