Ingredients (Serves 3 | Prep time: 15m Cooking time: 45m | 466 calories & 23g fat p/serving):

- 2 Salmon Fillets
- 60g drained Anchovies
- 60g Black Olives
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 125g pre-cooked Prawns
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tin Chopped Tomatoes
- 250g fresh Tagliatelle
- Oil (to fry)
