Roasted Fruit | Everyday Food with Sarah Carey
Want to know how to make stone fruit taste even better? Roast them! You ll need two each of your favorite stone fruit. I like a combination of peaches, nectarines, and plums. I like to serve the fruit with a dollop of mascarpone, but it would be great with sour cream, yogurt, or even ice cream. Go nuts!

2 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 to 3 tablespoons sugar, (depending on sweetness of fruit)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
