Roasted Brussels Sprouts ~ Healthy Vegan Recipe

This video demonstrates how to make Roasted Brussels Sprouts. A healthy, and delicious vegan vegetable side dish.

Ingredient List:

1 1/2 lbs. brussels sprouts- cleaned
3 TBLSP olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Prepare as shown in the video and roast in a 375 degree F oven for 20-25 minutes or until the sprouts are caramelized. Yields 4-5 servings. Enjoy!
