For Making Paneer Pakoda
- 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 2 Tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 Tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- Salt (to taste)
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 200 gm paneer
- water
- Oil for Frying
For Making Paneer Chilli
- Garlic (finely chopped
- Green Chillies (Slit)
- Spring Onions (optional)
- 1 Capsicum (optional)
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
-2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Tbsp Corn Flour + 2 Tsp Water
- 1 Tsp White Vinegar
