Egg Paratha/बच्चों का टिफ़िन हो या सुबह का नाश्ता बनाएं/ Breakfast Recipe/ Lunchbox Recipe

Anda Paratha Recipe...


150 g all purpose flour
150 g Wheat flour
2 tbsp oil or ghee
1 tsp salt


4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp chilli flakes or powder
1 Small onion
1 seedless tomato
2-3 tbsp green coriander leaves
2 green chillies
Oil or ghee for frying

-Take a large bowl, transfer plain flour and wheat flour into this, add oil and salt into this..
- Add water little by little and make a semi soft dough..
-Keep this aside for 15-20 min.
- Beat eggs with a whisk or fork, add in all ingredients listed above, mix well.
-Take a portion from the dough and make a ball shape, roll it with the help of rolling pin, appy ghee or oil, sprinkle some dry flour and fold it like we fold a paper fan and till it again..
-Heat a pan and put the rolled paratha into this, apply ghee and fry it from both sides.
-Pour a generous amount of eggs mixture over it and fry well till the eggs cooked well..
Ready to serve!!!:)
