Today, I ll show you how to elevate Eggplant using one of the most traditional Korean ingredients - doenjang (fermented soybean paste)! We ll coat it with a slightly-sweet glaze made of honey & mirim. Then pan-fry it until it turns a beautiful brown top. Season it with Lemon zest and a handful of thinly diced green onions.
