Chicken Manchurian Recipe/ Chinese Cuisine/ चिकन मंचूरियन

Chicken Manchurian Recipe:
300 g chicken
1 packet Ching s Manchurian masala
300 ml water
2 tbsp corn flour
Less than 1/2 tsp salt
1 capsicum
1 onion
1 carrot
Green part of spring onion
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
Oil for frying


- Take a mixing bowl, transfer chicken into this, add ginger garlic paste,soy sauce,corn flour and salt into this, mix well keep aside for marination for about 10-15 min.
- Meanwhile, take another mixing bowl, pour 300 ml of water into this,add Ching s Manchurian masala and mix well, make sure they re is no lumps!!
-Heat a pan add oil into this for deep frying the chicken, once oil heats up drop chicken pieces into this, Fry them well till they turn golden and gets tender from inside! It will take 5-6 min on low heat!!
-Heat another pan add add 2 tbsp oil, once oil heats up add chopped onions, capsicum and carrots and fry them for 3-4 min on high heat..
-Add Manchurian masala mixture into this and bring one boil.
-Add fried chicken pieces and cook till you get desired consistency!!
-Garnish it with green part of spring onion!!
