Red Rice Sushi Bake Recipe | Trending Sushi Bake with a Healthy Twist

Hey Foodies! This deconstructed sushi that s baked in a pan or casserole is a local favorite in Hawaii. It s a ginormous flattened out sushi, made with a layer of fluffy Japanese rice, is usually topped with Japanese Kani, furikake (Japanese Rice Seasoning), tobiko (fish roe) and shredded cheese baked to perfection and served with nori sheets. For a healthier twist, I ve replaced the Japanese rice with fluffy Red Rice! ?

Ingredients:
3 cups Cooked Red Rice
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Japanese Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Furikake (Japanese Rice Seasoning)

Layers:
15 pcs Kani Surimi
1/2 cup Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Japanese Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
3 tbsp Furikake (Japanese Rice Seasoning)
2 tbsp Tobiko (Fish Roe)
30g Cucumber
*Roadted Seaweead
*Nori Sheets
