Pancit Habhab Recipe | How to cook Panict Habhab | Pancit Lucban
Hi Foodies! Pancit habhab is one of the popular stir fried noodles that originated in Lucban, Quezon province, here in the Philippines. It is very similar to pancit canton but the only difference is the noodles used which is the Miki Lucban. It is known for, not using any plates or bowl. Yes you’ve seen it right no utensils! it is usually consumed in banana leaves by shaping the leaves like a half tube and slide down the pancit on one side then on to your hungry mouth.
