My 100 Peso Healthy Meal Challenge | $2 Healthy Meals for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Hey Foodies! Can you still survive with 100 pesos a day? Who says eating healthy has to be difficult and expensive? Here s my take on a P100/DAY healthy meal challenge! ?

Tofu Scramble with Malunggay and Red Rice

LUNCH:
Sautéed Kangkomg with Mushrooms

Ingredients
75g Kangkong Leaves (Water Spinach) - 3.15
2 cloves Garlic-0.30
1/2 red Onion-2.50
2 pcs tomato-2
1 tbsp oil-0.80
1 tbsp Oyster sauce-3
