Easy Korean Japchae Recipe | No Meat Japchae | Tofu and Mushroom Japchae

Hey Foodies! Japchae or literally means "mixed vegetables,"  is a simple korean dish prepared with dangmyeon (당면, 唐麵) or sweet potato starch noodles and an assortment of meatnand vegetable toppings. Each ingredient is cooked separately for a cleaner taste. A savory sweet soy sauce gets infused into each noodle, plus an abundant amount of vegetables and tofu are added for a complete meal.
